At Gym Flooring, we want you to be completely satisfied with your workout space, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused rubber mats, tiles, and turf. If your equipment doesn't meet your performance standards, our team is here to help you facilitate a smooth return or exchange.
Return Process
- 1.Initiate Your Request
Contact our support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- 2.Package Your Items
Ensure all flooring tiles or rolls are securely packed in their original packaging or equivalent heavy-duty wrapping to prevent damage during transit.
- 3.Ship to Warehouse
Affix your return label and drop off the pallet or package at the designated carrier location; please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective.
- 4.Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse team inspects the returned flooring for wear and tear, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
